IIM Udaipur Incubation Centre (IIMUIC), a not-for-profit company supported by the National Science and Technology Entrepreneurship Development Board (NSTEDB) under Department of Science and Technology, Government of India, invites applications from candidates for various positions as listed below.

Compensation
Consolidated monthly payment in the range of INR 30,000/- to 35,000/- shall be paid for a contractual term of two years subject to prior experience and qualification. A higher compensation shall be considered and may be offered to deserving candidates

Job Description
The Programme Associate will coordinate programs, events and other core outreach activities of IIMUIC, including strategizing and execution of various programs for start-ups. She/he will join our team in supporting the next generation of entrepreneurs through our Startup programmes
Primary responsibilities will include:
- Support the management in designing and implementing high quality startup support programmes in line with the centre’s mandate
- Conduct industry/sector research to identify opportunities, partners, and industry experts for our programmes
- Ensure alignment between the different stakeholders of our startup support programmes including startups, industry experts and facilitators through clear and consistent communication
- Sourcing, application evaluation, due diligence and selection committee briefing to aid selection of startups into our programmes
- Manage applications to our different programmes, as well as communication with applicants
- Manage logistics for our programmes/meetups
- Perform such other duties as required and appropriate to the objectives of this position and the needs of the organization
Educational Qualification:
Masters/Bachelor’s degree preferably in Business Admin, Finance, Economics, Science, Engineering, or related field with 2 years of work experience.

- Excellent interpersonal and networking skills with an ability to develop and maintain effective business relationships
- Program/project management experience is a plus especially if it is in the Startup sector.
- Work experience with an Incubator/VC firm will be a plus.
