In past worked as CEO Gammon India, President -Retail AIPL( Celebration Mall included), ED&CEO EWDPL, and HIRO( Hiranandani ), Wal Mart, Harrods, among few other companies.

Wrote two books which are on B school curriculum. Member of Curriculum Board of 5 B schools,Visiting Faculty to Global B schools.
